Si oui vas-tu nous faire un petit résumé comme pour les autres entreprises ?
Ça n’a pas été la rencontre la plus productive parce que nous étions en groupe, mais voici quelques notes:
- Lorsque le financement sera fermé, les initiés devraient détenir envrion 35-40% des actions. Au total, environ 70% des actions devraient être entre les mains d’investisseurs à long terme (initiés et amis/partenaires/etc).
- L’objectif premier est de consolider le marché de l’ile de Vancouver. Il y a présentement 5 compagnies qui opèrent sur l’ile, Atlas étant la plus grosse. Atlas aimerait acquérir 3 compétiteurs au cours des 9 prochains mois.
- La taille du marché total de l’ile de Vancouver est d’environ $30M par année.
- La cible pour le paiement des acquisitions est 80% en actions et 20% en argent comptant. Tout l’argent du placement privé sera destiné à des acquistions.
- Le PDG de Atlas est dans la mi-trentaine et s’occupe principalement de trouver des cibles d’acquisitions. Il bâtit également un pipeline potentiel à l’extérieur de l’ile de Vancouver (Alberta et Saskatchewan principalement).
- Il n’y a présentement aucun consolidateur dans cette industrie, donc les multiples payés sont très attrayants pour faire des acquisitions (3-4x les profits).

C’est qui le PDG ? Guy Champagne a environ 55ans et plus .
Guy est un directeur et un conseiller de l’entreprise. Il me semble qu’il y a une description du PDG dans les documents sur Sedar.

La majorité des applications qui parlent de blockchain devraient être montées avec des bases de données.
Blockchain est un livre comptable, rien de plus. C’est le côté peer-to-peer qui le rend sécuritaire. Bitcoin est immuable parce que ça coûte plus cher faire un take over hostile que de miner des BTC.
Si tu parles de blockchain sans parler de décentralisation, ça vaut rien. IMO.
Maudit. Je viens de recevoir un avis dequifax comme quoi mon compte a ete pirate lors de la breche. Une superbe lettre anglais/espagnol qui me rassure en disant que tous les residents americains touches par la breche sont couverts par une assistance pour un an. Nimporte quoi. Un an? Cest tout? Pis les canadiens, on fait quoi??

Désolé de l’entendre. 
C’est fou en septembre Equifax, Deloitte et la SEC ont été breachés. On dit en technologie qu’il y a deux types d’entreprises : celles qui se sont fait hacker et celles qui savent pas encore qu’elles se sont fait hacker…
C’est l’occasion d’upgrader ta sécurité. Mots de passe uniques de 32+ caractères, 2FA (pas par SMS), hardware wallet pour les crypto, email différent pour les trucs plus sensibles, etc.
Sûrement une recherche à faire sur internet pour voir qu’est-ce qui peut être fait de plus.
