Global UAV Technologies Increases Revenue by 84% and Posts First Profitable Quarter

(CSE:UAV) (the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has posted its financial statements for the quarter ending July 31, 2017 - its second quarter operating within the unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) sector. Highlights from the financial statements are:

  • Revenues totalling $333,529 - an 84% increase over the previous quarter.

J’ai pris hier une micro position dans IBAT.V qui est une miniere d’exploration qui a cette semaine, signé une lettre d’intention auprès de North American Lithium pour acquérir la facon de faire pour extraire du lithium rapidement. J’avoue que j’ai fait l’achat sur un coup de tete sans rien analyser, ni me renseigner sur la compagnie (seulement lire la nouvelle), mais c’est quand même un double bagger en 24 heures.

Je vais prendre le temps de regarder cela plus attentivement en fds. Si cette technique est aussi prometteuse que je le perçois de prime abord, c’est très intéressant.

Selon mes recherches, il y a deux faocns d’extraire le lithium. Par des mines comme nemeska veut le faire au lac a Paul, ou en faisant évaporer de la saumure dans des étangs à l’aide du soleil pour augmenter la concentration, ce qui prend plusieurs mois. La technologie qu’ils ont en poche leur permettrait de reduire de beaucoup le temps de production, parce que c’est une technologie active plutot que passive. Le truc qui m’agace, cest pourquoi personne n’utilise deja une bouilloire ou un procede d’osmose - genre sirop d’érable - pour produire le lithium si c’est si long < produire avec le solaire. J’imagine qu’un procédé solaire n’altere en rien le produit, alors pourquoi perdre autant de temps si ce n’est qu’une question de couts? Un procede thermique ou osmotique reviendrait au meme, sauf que le thermal revient plus cher a cause de l’énergie utilisée pour faire évaporer. Mais avec les technologies d’Aujourdhui, ya surement moyen de récupérer cette énergie pour une autre étape du projet. M’enfin.

Ça n’a pas été la rencontre la plus productive parce que nous étions en groupe, mais voici quelques notes:

  • Lorsque le financement sera fermé, les initiés devraient détenir envrion 35-40% des actions. Au total, environ 70% des actions devraient être entre les mains d’investisseurs à long terme (initiés et amis/partenaires/etc).
  • L’objectif premier est de consolider le marché de l’ile de Vancouver. Il y a présentement 5 compagnies qui opèrent sur l’ile, Atlas étant la plus grosse. Atlas aimerait acquérir 3 compétiteurs au cours des 9 prochains mois.
  • La taille du marché total de l’ile de Vancouver est d’environ $30M par année.
  • La cible pour le paiement des acquisitions est 80% en actions et 20% en argent comptant. Tout l’argent du placement privé sera destiné à des acquistions.
  • Le PDG de Atlas est dans la mi-trentaine et s’occupe principalement de trouver des cibles d’acquisitions. Il bâtit également un pipeline potentiel à l’extérieur de l’ile de Vancouver (Alberta et Saskatchewan principalement).
  • Il n’y a présentement aucun consolidateur dans cette industrie, donc les multiples payés sont très attrayants pour faire des acquisitions (3-4x les profits).
