Ci-inclus un document de QIS capital pour mieux comprendre l’historique de la compagnie.
Pour l’instant SIM est un titre spéculatif mais a une forte croissance.Le prochain trimestre permettra de mieux évalué le titre par contre je considère que l’action a $0.21 représente un bon prix d’entré pour prendre position.

Difficile à évaluer présentement sans résultats financiers. Sais tu s’ils sont profitables ?

Comme tu le mentionnes ca semble assez spéculatif présentement. 80% des ventes proviennent de Israel, il faudra donc qu’ils démontrent qu’ils sont capables de percer le marché Canadien d’abord et ensuite le marché Américain. Pourrait être intéressant à suivre!

D’après le document de QIS capital dans l’introduction, le management prévoit être profitable si il atteigne 12M cette année. En 2016 il commence la pénétration du marché américain donc si ce n’est pas cette année pour la profitabilité ce sera l’an prochain avec des prévisions de ventes de 18M.

SIYATA MOBILE REPORTS $2.2M IN REVENUE AND POSITIVE EBITDA IN Q3 2015

Siyata Mobile Inc. has released its financial results for the third quarter of 2015 (three-month and nine-month periods ended Sept. 30, 2015).

Highlights

Nine-month revenue of $7.2-million, an increase of 53 per cent over the comparative period in 2014 (2015 third quarter revenue of $2.2-million versus $1.9-million in the third quarter of 2014);
Positive nine-month EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization) of $184,000 versus $105,000, an increase of 75 per cent over the comparative period in 2014, (2015 third quarter EBITDA of $35,000 versus $69,000 in the third quarter of 2014);
Working capital of $3.2-million compared with $3.2-million working capital deficiency at 2014 year-end;
Shareholder equity of $6.4-million compared with deficiency of $800,000 at 2014 year-end.

“We are very pleased to be able to publish our first public quarterly results,” stated Marc Seelenfreund, chief executive officer of Siyata Mobile. “We demonstrated strong revenue growth and, less one-time charges related to Siyata’s going-public transaction, are a profitable company. We have a strong balance sheet with over $3-million in working capital to execute our sales strategy in North America and continue to grow our margins and profitability.”

Subsequent to the quarter, the company announced that its Voyager connected vehicle device has been certified by Telus for use on its coast-to-coast 4G network, now available in Canada directly from Siyata Mobile and through authorized Telus dealers across Canada. Voyager supports voice and data, along with Telus’s push-to-talk solution, Telus Link; Fleet Complete Telus resource tracker; Waze navigation; as well as other apps that simplify fleet management and create a safer driving environment.

Siyata Mobile Inc. has filled a purchase order from Strathcona County, Alberta, to equip its emergency service vehicles.

In fulfilling the purchase order, an authorized Bell Canada dealership replaced aging Motorola M800 devices in the county’s ambulances and fire trucks with Siyata’s Truckfone, providing them with an essential communication device that improves communication and increases driver safety.

“We are pleased that Strathcona County has determined that our devices are the best solution to replace aging hardware in their emergency service vehicles,” states Marc Seelenfreund, chief executive officer of Siyata Mobile. “There are hundreds of thousands of emergency service vehicles in North America that are using outdated hardware and are in need of mission-critical communication devices. Joe Grech has joined Siyata Mobile Inc.'s advisory board.

Mr. Grech has extensive experience in the global communications industry, and has held senior positions at leading North American and global communication companies during the last 30 years including Nortel, AllStream, and Cable & Wireless.

Mr. Grech was an executive vice-president at Telus where he led the highly successful partner solutions team, and held various executive roles in technology and operations including leadership of a cross-Canada team of over 10,000 engineers, analysts and field technicians, delivering and servicing all Telus customers including consumer, business and wholesale clients.

Previously Mr. Grech was chief operating officer of Ledcor’s $200-million telecommunications business focused on providing field support and infrastructure services to wireline and wireless carriers, service providers and equipment manufacturers across North America.

SIYATA RECEIVES INITIAL PURCHASE ORDER FOR $300K FROM NEW DISTRIBUTOR

Siyata Mobile Inc. has partnered with Israeli push-to-talk (PTT) distributor iBIZ Technology Corp. Along with iBIZ, Siyata will sell its Voyager device running PTT, as well as additional PTT devices to those in the Israeli business sector looking for innovative communication devices for their work forces and fleets. The iBIZ opening purchase order is for $300,000 with additional potential orders in the pipeline for 2016, making this a large-scale new customer for Siyata with significant potential for repeat orders of this magnitude.

Siyata Mobile Inc. has received multiple purchase orders from Telus authorized dealer Communications Group Red Deer Ltd., based in Alberta.

Communications Group has purchased Siyata’s Voyager and Truckfone connected-vehicle devices for distribution to its customers in Red Deer, Alta. Communications Group is a Telus authorized dealer and one of the largest shops in Western Canada.

Marc Seelenfreund, chief executive officer of Siyata, commented: “Our Telus approval has given us greater market visibility and access to their hundreds of dealerships across Canada. We are happy to partner with Communications Group in offering our innovative connected vehicle devices to their corporate customers throughout Alberta.”

SIYATA MOBILE RECEIVES ADDITIONAL PURCHASE ORDERS FROM RCMP DIVISIONS IN ALBERTA

Siyata Mobile Inc. has received purchase orders for its Truckfone device from several RCMP divisions throughout Alberta.

The Rocky Mountain House, Lac La Biche, Peace Regional and Boyle RCMP detachments will have Siyata devices installed in their emergency response vehicles to replace the aging Motorola M800 devices currently being used. These orders are in addition to the purchase orders received from the Edmonton K division RCMP as announced in the Nov. 18, 2015, press release.

The RCMP is the Canadian national police service and an agency of the Ministry of Public Safety Canada. The RCMP is unique in the world as a national, federal, provincial and municipal policing body.

Marc Seelenfreund, chief executive officer of Siyata, commented: “We are happy to have signed up four additional RCMP divisions using our devices and are aggressively soliciting similar opportunities across Canada. The RCMP is an excellent reference customer that demonstrates the high trust level in our technology used by first responders.”

There are hundreds of thousands of Motorola M800 devices currently installed in commercial vehicles globally that will need to be replaced over the next several years as cellular operators will continue to terminate service of the 2G networks the M800’s operate on. Siyata’s connected vehicle devices offer a clearer signal and broader range even in remote areas or loud environments and are proven mission-critical communication devices for various emergency service vehicles around the world.

Siyata Mobile Inc. has fulfilled purchase orders through its U.K. distribution partner Chameleon Group to Leversedge Telecom Services. Based in England, LTS is highly experienced in the telecommunications industry throughout the U.K.

LTS has ordered more than 150 Truckfone-connected vehicle devices for use in its customer fleets. Truckfone is the ideal communications device for commercial vehicles, trucks and fleets, allowing drivers to easily talk and drive with a clearer signal and broader range.

SIYATA REPORTS RECORD SALES OF $9.9M IN 2015

Siyata Mobile Inc. has provided unaudited sales of $2.7-million for fourth quarter 2015 with total revenue of $9.9-million in 2015, a 34-per-cent increase in revenue over 2014.

Over the last four years, sales of the Truckfone and Voyager devices have consistently increased in multiple jurisdictions around the world, while Siyata partnered with multiple mobile carriers and distributors to meet the needs of commercial fleets and vehicles with aging devices.
