Weird comme article. On dirait qu’il a été payé et que c’est trop gros pour être vrai…
Dans tous les cas, ça a moussé le titre!
C’est une newsletter qui vend un membership à $2,000/année. C’est évidemment un pump & dump, ProMIS n’est même pas en études cliniques phase 1 donc très loin encore de guérir l’Alzheimer!
J’ose croire que ce n’est pas une newsletter comme ça qui amène autant de volume/price increase dans PMN. Sinon je ne comprendrai jamais rien à la psychologie de marché!
Tant mieux si ça donne de la visibilité à l’entreprise par contre.
Cette hausse me fait oublié un peu ma participation dans PTE pour l’instant

Anyway, j’ai acheté à .35 et tout liquidé à .46 Aucune nouvelle et une hausse aussi importante… il y a anguille sous roche…
Est-ce que la loi oblige une entreprise à émettre un communiqué si des mouvements significatifs ont lieu sans qu’il y ait une nouvelle les justifiant? Du genre: ''Promis is not aware of any news that might affect the recent price movement on the market … ‘’
Je demande car j’ai déjà vu ce genre de communiqué dans le passé pour d’autres entreprises

Je ne sais pas si ce genre de déclaration peut refroidir les ardeurs des traders ou si c’est simplement vu comme une formalité administrative qui ne veut rien dire de substantielle!

Ça me semble être un pump en bonne et due forme. Cela dit, parfois la compagnie n’a rien à y voir ni même les actionnaires importants comme Michael Bigger.
Un groupe peut décider de cibler une compagnie avec peu de fondamentaux, accumuler des actions pendant des semaines puis sortir un rapport pour créer de la demande dans le marché.
La prochaine résistance est à 65 cents. Je regarde pour prendre des profits possiblement. Je détiens encore des warrants à 20 cents.
J’avais jamais exercé de warrants encore malgré que j’en ai pas mal de plusieurs compagnies.
J’haïs pas le feeling.

Humanized PMN310 and Aducanumab Show Similar Ability to Cross the Blood Brain Barrier in
Aged Mice
TORONTO and CAMBRIDGE, MA, March 6, 2018 /CNW/ - ProMIS Neurosciences, Inc., a biotechnology
company focused on the discovery and development of precision treatments for neurodegenerative
diseases, today announced that its lead product candidate for Alzheimer’s disease (AD), PMN310,
showed similar ability to cross the blood brain barrier and penetrate the central nervous system (CNS)
compared to aducanumab (Biogen).
Commenting on these results, ProMIS President and CEO, Dr. Elliot Goldstein, stated: “Our latest data
lend further support to the potential best in class profile of PMN310. We previously reported greater
selectivity and binding of humanized PMN310 for toxic, amyloid beta (Aβ) oligomers in direct comparison to other amyloid beta-directed antibodies, including aducanumab.” Goldstein continued, "In addition,
PMN310 has shown lack of binding to plaque in and around blood vessels in the brain, thereby
supporting the potential for lower risk of brain swelling and the possibility of higher dosing and greater therapeutic potency with PMN310 compared to aducanumab."
Aged mice were studied to assess and compare the ability of humanized PMN310 (huPMN310) and
aducanumab to cross the blood brain barrier (BBB) and penetrate the CNS. Identical doses of huPMN310 and aducanumab were administered to mice systemically (outside the CNS) and the levels of antibodies present in the blood circulation and in the brain were measured after 24 hours. The results showed equivalent concentrations of huPMN310 and aducanumab in the circulation and in the brain indicating that the two antibodies possess a similar degree of CNS penetrance. The results obtained with aducanumab were in line with those previously reported in the literature (Sevigny et al, Nature 2016).

The warrants were exercised at $0.17, $0.20 or $0.30.
Commenting on today’s announcement, ProMIS Executive Chairman, Eugene Williams, stated: “We are very pleased to receive approximately $1.5 million of proceeds from warrant exercise. These additional funds will now extend our cash life further into the second half of 2018. ProMIS remains focused on developing PMN310 as potential best in class therapy for Alzheimer’s disease.”
