Juste vous dire un mot au sujet de VGM-C La compagnie distribue maintenant ces produits dans les Walmarts supercentre. J’ai décidé de faire mon DD moi-même, j’ai donc acheté le produit au Walmart a Rosemère et essayé le Veggemo, une boisson non laitière fait a partir de légumes et le produit est excellent. Il y a un gros potentiel de ce coté. La compagnie utilise les réseaux sociaux pour promouvoir leurs produits tel que Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin
La distribution aux Etats-Unis est prévue en mars 2016. Voici un article parue hier sur Alphastox Comments on Global Gardens Group (CSE:VGM) et un autre parue aujourd’hui sur liveleanhealth.com

EXO U Inc ( http://www.exou.com/ ), une compagnie qui s’occupe d’une plateforme d’apprentissage nouveau genre, j’ai trouvé le concept innovateur, j’ignore cependant si concretement sa pourrait devenir un must dans le milieu de l’education .
Recemment, le titre avait bien acceuilli le Q2 qui avait considerablement diminuer les depenses, et ils viennent juste de signer un accord avec Panasonic ( http://www.articlebasis.com/stocks/tsxv-listed-exo-u-taps-panasonic-as-software-platform-re-seller-cveexo-18748.html ) .
Quelqu’un connait un peu le titre?

Je viens de regarder rapidement. Je ne toucherais pas à cette compagnie présentement pour plusieurs raisons:
- Aucuns revenus pour l’année en cours
- Les termes de l’entente avec Panasonic n’ont pas été dévoilés encore
- La compagnie vient d’effectuer un financement très dilutif et prévoit devoir lever du capital à nouveau l’année prochaine

Belle startup de Montreal, management hors pair: ils ont Robert Fortier et Pierre-Marc Johnson qui siègent sur le Board of Directors / Board of Advisors, partenariats avec Cisco et CGI, deal avec Panasonic et surtout en énorme expansion. Il suffit de regarder leur page carrière, ils engagent à tous les niveaux, plus d’une douzaine de postes incluants des VP. Ils sont fin prêts à monétiser le tout. Avec un haut 52sem à plus de 3.20$, le prix actuel est une aubaine considérant les contrats de license avec Panasonic et QOMO entre autre. Ils ont réussi à lever plus de 4M$ dans le récent financement ce qui est très impressionant dans le contexte actuel. Une autre belle tech startup made in Montreal. Je ne serais pas surpris de voir le titre revenir autour de 0.75$-1$ assez rapidement. Pas de position pour le moment mais je vais surement y plonger cette semaine. Merci de la découverte @Louidge
Edit: le financement a été fermé à 2.5M$ et non pas 4M$ comme j’avais mentionné mais il y a de bonnes chances qu’ils ferment le reste. Environ la moitié des 42M d’actions ( avant ce financement) sont détenues par les insiders.

Je viens de l’essayer aussi (vanille et original), c’est effectivement très bon!
Ils ont fermé la première tranche de leur placement privé à 0.25$ hier également, alors que le titre était à 0.17$: Global Gardens Group Closes First Tranche of Private Placement at a 47% Premium to Current Market Price
Quand même impressionnant dans l’environnement actuel.
Le management et le board ont l’air très solides. J’aime bien l’entreprise à première vue mais je ne suis pas capable d’investir sans voir des preuves tangibles (des chiffres). Je garde ça sur ma watchlist! Si jamais il y a des développements intéressants ou tu as d’autres informations midard, on pourra créer un sujet pour VGM.

J’attend qu’il dépose leur prochain bilan financier pour voir la progression des ventes avant d’ouvrir le sujet. Je crois que ces un beau start-up, j’ai pris position avec 25k d’actions au prix moyen de $0.17
