La première tranche du placement privé a été fermée ce matin:

La deuxième tranche est sensée fermer mercredi selon le communiqué de presse. Ça me semble assez rapide donc je suppose qu’il y a beaucoup d’intérêt de la part d’investisseurs institutionnels.
Comment faire pour participer au PP?
Même chose pour moi, ca m’intéresse.
Le placement privé est fait par l’intermédiaire d’un courtier, vous devez donc passer par un courtier de plein exercice pour participer.
Selon les règles de l’AMF, vous devez également être investisseurs accrédités. Vérifiez si vous rencontrez un des critères suivants (les plus communs sont (j) et (k)) :

Le prix de l’action s’est corrigé dernièrement depuis son haut de $1.87. Il pourrait y avoir une occasion d’achat intéressante sur le marché prochainement.
Donc si je comprends bien, il faut soit etre riche, soit etre conseiller financier ?
Je suis furieux.

Je trouve cette règle vraiment mal faite aussi. Ce n’est pas parce que quelqu’un détient plus de $1M en actifs qu’il est nécessairement apte à investir son argent lui-même. Et inversement, certaines personnes qui ne possèdent pas $1M sont très capables de prendre de bonnes décisions d’investissement.
Mais bon, c’est comme ça!

Wow, depuis quelques jours le titre ne cesse de progresser. Il vient d’être sélectionné top pick sur BNN aujourd’hui (http://www.bnn.ca/peter-imhof-s-top-picks-july-20-2016-1.529706). Bien content d’avoir initié une petite position en début de semaine (hors PP). Merci à tous pour les infos pertinentes.

Pourquoi plusieurs personnes achètent actuellement via le marché à 2$ l’action quand il est possible de souscrire via la placement privé à 1.06$ ?
Le placement privé est fermé depuis mercredi passé (13 juillet), j’ai posté le lien de la nouvelle plus haut.
J’avais mal lu je croyais que c’était seulement la première tranche du placement qui était fermée
Les 2 tranches ont fermé à 2 jours d’intervalle. J’ai été assez surpris, je voulais ajouter à ma position dans la 2e tranche et je n’ai pas été capable.
J’ai été OK pour prendre position dans la première tranche. Je dois dire que je suis assez surpris par la forte demande. Assez rare de voir le cours d’un petit PP comme CEAPRO doubler en quelques semaines. 2.12 $ ce matin.
Ca s’appelle de promo
