WLC résulte de la fusion entre Lithium Americas et Western Lithium. Cette entreprise est en train de devenir un leader dans l’industrie du Lithium.
Ils ont 2 projets, un en Argentine en joint venture avec POSCO et l’autre plus récent au Nevada.
POSCO est une des plus grand entreprise productrive de fer dans le monde:

POSCO currently operates two integrated steel mills in South Korea, in Pohang and Gwangyang. In addition, POSCO operates a joint venture with U.S. Steel, USS-POSCO, which is located in Pittsburg, California, United States.
