GSI-V Gatekeeper systems. Un titre spéculatif pour l’instant, mais je crois qu’il faut garder un oeil dessus, peut-être le prochain Avigilon. Gatekeeper n’est pas encore “cash flow positif” mais risque de le devenir d’ici 2016. Remporte beaucoup de contrats dernièrement. Son dernier trimestre une augmentation de revenue de 111% par rapport au même trimestre l’an dernier. Gatekeeper est spécialisé dans les caméra de surveillance haute-définition, caméra photo-radar qui s’installe sur les autobus scolaire, caméra HD de corps pour les policiers et de programmes(software) de surveillance. voici le site web de Gatekeeper systems . D’après la charte il n’y a pas encore de signal technique mais si on regarde le volume, on voit une augmentation de l’activité sur le titre.

Gatekeeper semble une compagnie intéressante à surveiller pour la prochaine année en effet. À premiere vue ce qui m’inquiète cest les placements privés au début de l’année et hier, avec tous les warrants à 0.25$. J’ai l’impression que ca va faire plafonner le titre pendant un bon moment à moins de résultats spectaculaires. Mais bon, on verra!

Nous attendions un peu avant de l’annoncer publiquement mais puisque tu en parles, Ivrnet est la nouvelle position non-divulguée de Philippe dans son CELI et je suis également actionnaire. J’attends encore certains détails du management et nous publieront notre thèse d’investissement sur le blog au début Aout!

GATEKEEPER SYSTEMS ANNOUNCES CLOSING OF $1.97 MILLION NON-BROKERED PRIVATE PLACEMENT UNITS OFFERING
Gatekeeper Systems Inc. has closed the second and final tranche of its non-brokered private placement offering as announced on July 9, 2015, and July 24, 2015, for gross proceeds of $689,875. The company issued a total of 13,139,501 units in the offering at a price of 15 cents per unit, for total gross proceeds of $1,970,925.
Each unit consists of one common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant. Each full warrant is exercisable at 25 cents for a period of 24 months from the date of issue.
Doug Dyment, president and chief executive officer of Gatekeeper, commented: “I am encouraged by the market support for Gatekeeper that has resulted in this oversubscribed offering. This capital will be important for our company as we begin to transition our mobile video security products to high-definition technology. In addition, funds will be strategically deployed to expand distribution and product development activities in the body camera and stop-arm camera video enforcement markets as the company shifts to a software-as-a-service (SaaS) recurring-revenue business model.”
Proceeds of the offering will be used to fulfill the company’s current backlog of orders, support inventory, develop software and products, expand the sales and engineering team, and for general working capital.
Finders’ fees in connection with the second tranche totalled $48,796 in cash, plus 325,307 warrants. Each finder warrant is exercisable to acquire one common share at an exercise price of 25 cents for a period of 24 months from the date of closing.
Securities issued pursuant to the offering are subject to a four-month hold period from the date of the applicable closing, which hold periods expire on Nov. 17, 2015, and Nov. 28, 2015, for the first and second tranche, respectively.
The company also notes that the previously reported figures for the first tranche of the offering have been revised. The correct figures are 8,540,333 units for gross proceeds of $1,281,050 (not $1,311,050 as originally announced), as well as finders’ fees of $83,341 and 555,606 warrants.

Un premier exemple est le système de caméra installé sur les autobus scolaire qui permet de lire la plaque de l’automobile qui fait l’infraction de ne pas arrêter a l’arrêt obligatoire, selon le vidéo du président ici il y a 15 millions d’incident par année au U.S. pour cette infraction. Gatekeeper va installer gratuitement ses caméras sur les autobus scolaires et va récolter une ristourne sur chaque billet d’infraction. The XFORCE TM products are fully integrated to meet the surveillance needs of law enforcement agencies. The in-vehicle computer aided dispatch software system can wirelessly control body-worn cameras through stop/start recording and assigning smart-tag analytics for future search and retrieval. Interessant merci. J’aime ca voir une compagnie qui change de modèle d’affaire. C’est potentiellement une belle opportunité de trouver une compagnie sous-évaluée avant que le marché comprenne ce qui se passe. Je vais devoir creuser un peu plus sur celle là!
La loi américaine permettrait un tel système immédiatement ou bien il va falloir qu’il y ait une modification de la loi avant de voir les premiers billets d’infraction émis?

Voici un autre évènement qui vient de mettre de l’eau au moulin de la compagnie Gatekeeper, leur technologie de caméra haute définition porté sur le corps des policiers commence a être adopté. Un incident est arrivé impliquant un policier le 19 juillet a Cincinnati. le policier portait une camera de corps probablement de la compagnie Gatekeeper GSI-V. Voici le commentaire du chef de police Jeffrey Blackwell : “We’ve begun the necessary legwork to bring a body cam program (to city law enforcement).” City Manager Harry Black added, “It’s not a matter of if, but when.” Voici le video provenant de la camera de corps du policier. Ce genre d’incident arrive tres souvent au U.S. ce n’est qu’une question de temps que tout les corps policier du pays porteront cette caméra. RB est une microbrasserie avec de bons revenues, EQT commence à driller et les résultats sont fort prometteurs , pour PSP c’est une compagnie très sous évaluée , elle se spécialise dans la fabrication de vestes contrent les balles , fournies même l’armée canadienne , des titres à surveiller de très près…
Je croit qu’ont pourrait ouvrir un Thread sur Gsi.v, je suis pas le mieux placer pour ouvrir des threads mais la compagnie progresse très rapidement au niveaux développement marketing sa fait 2 association qu’il font en 1semaine et il va avoir un annonce publique plus détailler sous peut…leur gamme de produit en plus est très grande et bien présenter…
