TORONTO, ON / ACCESSWIRE / January 9, 2020 / Kontrol Energy Corp. ( CSE:KNR )( OTCQB )( KNRLF )( FSE:1K8 ) (" Kontrol " or " Company ") a leader in the energy efficiency and smart building sector through IoT, Cloud and SaaS technology announces that through its wholly owned subsidiary (CEMSI), has received an initial order for $150,000 US from Beyond Meat. A second order for $150,000 US is anticipated to be received shortly hereafter.

Under the terms of the pilot CEMSI provided 2 real-time analyzers and associated installation and monitoring services to assist in the rapid evaluation, measurement and validation of organic inputs. The first analyzer has been purchased and the second is anticipated to be purchased shortly hereafter.

Kontrol Energy to Commence Investor Roadshow in the United States

Tellement inutile et promotionnel comme communiqué de presse. Ce côté promotionnel du management est quelque chose qui m’a toujours agacé chez Kontrol.

Je suis d’accord sur ce point, une compagnie qui livre la marchandise est la meilleur promotion. Ce qui est désolant dans le TMX Venture, certaine compagnie n’ont même pas de revenue et ont une capitalisation boursière beaucoup plus grosse que KNR.C Je crois que la promotion aide à la liquidité du titre.

Plusieurs red flag, comme:

  • Prévoit upgrader au TSX et au Nasdaq en 2 ans
  • L’entreprise qui achète des actions, mais ça a pas l’air d’un programme de share buy back
  • Annoncé 100M$ de revenus dans un avenir trop rapproché

En contrepartie, le management détient 47% des actions, so who are they kidding?

J’ai une petite position, je trouve ça intriguant.

Kontrol receives $405,000 order for gas emission system

KONTROL RECEIVES $405,000 ORDER FROM NEW USA INDUSTRIAL CUSTOMER

Kontrol Energy Corp. has received a $405,000 order from a new U.S. industrial customer for the implementation of a continuous gas emission monitoring system.

The customer operates an industrial glass manufacturing facility and is regulated to deliver continuous emission data at the local and state level. Under the terms of the installation, Kontrol will provide both process control and government regulated emissions monitoring equipment. The installation is anticipated to commence in Q2 2020 and be completed in Q3 2020.

Software and Service Recurring Revenues

Following the completion of the installation Kontrol will deliver ongoing service and software monitoring on a recurring revenue basis and in the approximate amount of $40,000 per annum.

“Given the importance of continuous gas emission regulation and real-time data for local and state governments in the USA, we are anticipating increased demand in the gas emission monitoring sector. This demand for our solutions is further driven by the increase in accountability for greenhouse gas reductions”, says Paul Ghezzi, CEO of Kontrol.

Clarification to Press Dated February 24, 2020

As per the press release dated February 24th, 2020 in relation to Kontrol’s engagement of Integrous Capital to provide investor relations services in the United States, Kontrol will pay Integrous $12,500 (U.S.) per month for a period of six months.

  1. Les revenus proviennent en très grande majorité des projets de rétrofit, et ça restera vrai pour encore longtemps. Ils ont une croissance plutôt linéaire.

  2. Les revenus SaaS en sont à leur tout début mais devraient connaître une croissance rapide.

  3. L’autre portion des revenus provient des services, qui vont de paire avec (et sont générés par) les revenus SaaS.

  • Paul est très solide chaque fois qu’il présente l’entreprise. No fluff, très confiant.
  • Background de l’équipe en M&A.

Valo
Pô cher. Revenus 2019 d’environ 15M$ et 1M$ EBITDA ajusté. Marketcap de 11M$.
